"My name is Olena, and I've been a resident at Novel University Place since September. I would like to share some feedback on my experience so far. I must begin by expressing my admiration for the complex itself—its beauty, the lake, and the convenient amenities that contribute to its overall appeal. However, I'd like to address some concerns regarding the assistance provided by the leasing office, which has not met the standard of helpfulness I anticipated. Upon my initial move-in, I encountered a clogged toilet. When seeking assistance, the suggested solution was to use a neighboring apartment's bathroom. The plumber who attended to fix an issue with the toilet inadvertently caused scratches on the inside of the toilet bowl, resulting in a noticeable impact on its appearance. I also requested a plunger for future incidents, but I was informed that this falls under my responsibility. Having basic tools available for such situations would greatly enhance the resident experience. Another issue pertains to the parking policy, which I found to be quite unforgiving. Recently, I returned home with my boyfriend on a very cold evening, took the 10 minutes to register the car upon arrival, only to discover the next morning that the car was locked. To resolve this, we had to pay a $180 fee for its release. While I understand the need for policies, I believe a more considerate approach, such as a friendly call or text notification, would have been appreciated before locking a car that was registered just 10 minutes after being parked. This seems unreasonable. I share this feedback with the intention of fostering a more positive living experience for all residents. Thank you!"

"I've been living in this apartment complex since March 25th, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. From day one, it's been an exceptional experience. The location is ideal, with convenient access to everything I need. The amenities are top-notch, and as an architect and art lover I appreciate their attention to details and artistry decoration thoughout the common areas. The staff here is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I have. Logan, from the team, has been an amazing host in every event. His hospitality is on another level. He goes above and beyond to ensure that residents have the best possible experience. Whether it's organizing the events, addressing concerns, or just being a friendly face around. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great living experience."

"Novel University Place has been amazing for us. Kendall, Dallas, Sean and Eliza are all wonderful. They are always available to help and they always prioritize our needs over anything else. My favorite part about staying here is the community life events organized by Logan. He's done an INCREDIBLE job making these events happen and they always blow my expectations out of the water. Just tonight we had a great music trivia bingo night with snacks, margaritas and beer for all. Events like these really keep the community together and they make us neighbors feel like family. Logan deserves so much recognition for going above and beyond every single time! Lastly, I'd want to mention something that most people leave out. The maintenance team has been phenomenal, especially Daniel. He's very knowledgeable, efficient and he completes the work orders pretty quickly. We've been here since the end of March and everything has been maintained perfectly just as if it was brand new!"
