"Stayed here with 21 other people in my fraternity. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and kitchens for all of us. Location is ideal because it is right by the beach and the main street with all of the clubs/bars."
"I liked the floor plan of the separate rooms being all accessible and updated kitchen appliances made the vacation feel like a true luxury. The only complaint would be the balcony sizing was a little small but there was still plenty of room to hangout together outside."
"Catalina Manor is a very good experience for college kids, fraternities, and high school beach week. The houses are full of amenities including a large kitchen, pool tables, and TV's. It is an ideal location for individuals to party, and is also located one block from the beach. The staff are very nice and understanding, and they have fast maintenance. If you are with a larger organization they also provide beach amenities and photos which was an added touch. Overall it was a great experience that is centered around young adults."
"Close to beach, shopping and restaurants were very good. Small amusement park, great entertainment. Would have given 5 stars BUT the beds were made for children if you are over 5'7". Feet would be hanging off the bed. We had more adults than children in our group. We were informed about bringing our own toiletries & bedding so we were prepared. Absolutely correct about best for college students."
"The Catalina is the perfect place for Fraternities and other large groups of students for Spring Break, Beach Week or Formal Weekends. Be prepared for fun!"
