"I have been trying to contact him for over six weeks to obtain another copy of my settlement statement for taxes. I lived in the house for less than a year, and NEED this document for taxes since I made a profit. Over a half dozen voicemails left, at least a half dozen emails sent to him…no response. I even reached him on his personal cell phone two weeks ago and talked to him, and still nothing. Note: My wife has his personal cell phone because he had asked her out on a date a week after her own closing. (We weren’t married yet during her closing). He did a fine job on our closings, but the inability to communicate after the sale is a red alert for me. I was only able to get the documents needed by contacting my realtor, and it took him all of five minutes and I had the required documents. UPDATE: 7 months after my initial review & have heard nothing from him or his office. I was finally successful in getting required documents by contacting my realtor. He emailed me the docs within minutes."
