"We moved to North Carolina during Covid and looking at properties was a headache. We read the great reviews for Spartan Property Management and hands-down, we wanted to rent and do business with them. Moving during the pandemic was a disaster but Spartan made the process super easy and convenient for us. There was a lot of agent turnovers when we first got there but after a while, they retained great agents and communication has been great. We had to extend our lease for a month due to the military delaying to move us, and Spartan was super understanding and accommodating and they let us stay until we had to leave. All in all, a great experience and we still call North Carolina home all thanks to them."

The whole team is wonderful to work with but I must mention Carlos Garrido, the maintenance director.
