"My boyfriend and I lived at the Encore for about 3 years. The only bad thing I have to say about living here is that it has made finding anywhere else to live so difficult since my standards are now so high. The location is excellent with a lot to do and see nearby, the security measures around the complex made me feel safer living here than anywhere else I've lived, and it was always kept clean. Everyone who worked there also made our experience exceptional, but especially Brandon in the leasing office. He always said hi to us by name when we saw him and even helped us once when we were out of town and had to unexpectedly extend our stay, which meant we were no longer able to pick up a package in time. Brandon picked up our package for us and delivered it to our room so that we would not be fined for leaving the package in the storage room longer than was allowed. Nowhere else have I had a member of the leasing team treat us with the wonderful customer service like we experienced with Brandon. The maintenance and cleaning teams were also great, quick to attend to problems, and friendly every time we ran into them around the property. I was sad to have to leave the Encore but have definitely cherished my time there!"

"The building is one (of only a few here in Southpark) that is made of concrete and steel- so is having a quiet, peaceful place to live is important to you, this is a great place. From my very first visit to the Encore, Mia (leasing team) was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and refreshingly candid about life at the Encore and in Southpark- what a nice surprise. The leasing process was straight-forward and honest (at no point did I feel rushed or bothered- the lease was what we had spoken about and all communication was clear and timely). Moving in was a breeze. The freight elevator was ready for me, sign one paper and move in.... what more could anyone ask for? Shortly after moving in, received a phone call to check on me and see how things are going- an unexpected and welcome touchpoint. Since moving in, I have come to realize that living here - kindness is common, exceeded only by professionalism among the staff who treat me more as a guest than as a "customer". My neighbors (and everyone I have met in the building) is very considerate and friendly, the building is clean and facilities are pretty good. My family and I have now been living here for three years. Kudos to the Encore Team - Chad, Ashely, Brandon & Gus. They are the "glue" that keeps everything flowing here at this great establishment. Anybody that has little toddlers would appreciate this - This is NOT a party building, probably not an ideal fit for college students or those looking for drunken weekends and 5 AM noise. This is a perfect destination for professionals and friendly neighbors who are looking for great amenities, a wonderful service team and an incredible location. Thank you again for all that you do."

"My husband and I love it here, we moved to the area in May. We looked at over 15 apartments in Charlotte & this one was by far the most clean, safe and “luxury” of all! Super nice amenities and the staff are more than accommodating! This is by far the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in. The building was actually built for condos, but the company turned them into apartments instead. Very quiet, you literally NEVER hear anyone above, or below you! The best part of all is the rooftop pool view of the downtown skyline. Luxury living at its best!"

"This is a fantastic apartment! From the management to the maintenance teams everyone exceeded our expectations. The entire organization was very friendly and extremely responsive. The complex does an excellent job providing activities to help you connect with other residents. It was surprising to see how quickly that connection process occurred. The building is also impressive. It is a steel and concrete structure, extremely well maintained. You will have a very quiet apartment. In the 6 months we did not hear any noise from any of the adjacent apartments. The meeting areas and workout room are also great. They are very clean and all equipment is well maintained. The view downtown Charlotte from the pool and BBQ area on the 7th floor is a great place to enjoy your summer days. If you are looking for an apartment in Charlotte it is hard to believe you will find anything better!"

"I just moved to another state from Encore. If you’re thinking about moving here you’re going to love it. The customer service is beyond amazing from Chad and his team, but it’s not only the customer service team. It’s Gus and is maintenance team as well. They all offer absolutely wonderful customer service. They take well care of the building and periodically send surveys to ask for suggestions on any improvements. Personally, I loved it there and had no complaints. I had difficulty with adjusting to my parking space in the garage in the beginning, but after a few tries it became easy just like anything else. They’re excellent customer service is a direct reflection of how they maintain the entire apartment complex. You will absolutely love it there!"
