One that would have been concluded at the end of last year had they provided all info needed. After all this time they completed part of it but are no longer responding to my messages in regards to final paperwork I need to complete everything from this case. Now it seems I'll be put of pocket further to resubmit for paperwork I need and have to wait another 4 months to receive it. Don't waste your time and money on this group!"
