"Wonderful attorney does exactly what she promises she will do straight to the point no nonsense type woman which I like in women and my attorney beauty and brains you get the whole package. Me personally I can't thank her enough for getting custody of my children front there (mother? ) and did it without me ever stepping foot in a court room I know all cases aren't the same but I am a very happy client and would definitely use her again if I ever needed anymore legal advice. Plus she was more the reasonable on her price that helped alot. Thanks again Mrs buck for a professional great job you did for me. 5 stars all around well deserved."

"Mist was paid for, not court appointed by me. She did only as little and possible and she never gave me a strong sense of hope that I was gonna be protected and defended by her. On the charges against me that if she would have fought and did her job the best she could being paid by me, the evidence would have shown in completely that it wad not mine. I feel like she just took what ever from the district attorney. And I am now on 5 years of state probation. I'm still very dissapointed in information that was not kept between us and I have problems because of this. Very upset."

"Misty agreed to represent me when I was falsely charged with a DUI. She did help me to get them to drop the DUI. I'm not quite she what she did besides meeting with the DA one day. I knew the video evidence was on my side. When I was at court ready to sign a plea. She became impatient and said "are you gonna sign it or not? I've got another appointment". Which I thought was rude. She told me to call her office the next day to apply for a restricted license. I called several times and left a message once. I was really hoping they would come though for me. I knew I was gonna be reviewing them and hoped I had more positive things to say. I will say that she seemed to be putting a lot of energy into her female/child custody clients. They were often talked about while I was in a meeting with her. Her secretary made a spectacle of some of the phone calls she received. I feel sorry for some of the people calling in, not knowing they are being mocked in the waiting room. All in all I still give her 3 stars. She did help. I just don't think she is the best lawyer for criminal law."
