"I have worked with several closing attorneys in the past 3 years. I would NOT recommend Elizabeth O'Neal. I was astonished that the most basic question seemed to have confused them. They did not distribute the procedes from the sale accurately. They relied on using closing documents from others rather than using their own forms. Errors were made with spelling of names and details on the document. Rather than starting a new document, they copied over the original making it look like a 10 year old prepared it. Our closing was a really strait-forward cash sale and should have closed fairly quickly but they stalled the process for some reason with no explanation whatsoever. Very unprofessional. I will not use this attorney again."
