She was very accommodating, considering that we called her on Saturday 12/17 with an urgent need for a mattress before Christmas on account of another "not so friendly" NMB mattress company canceling our mattress delivery at the 11th hour. Louise took our order over the phone on Saturday afternoon for a Monday 12/19 delivery. The gentleman who delivered the mattress was very courteous and professional. "This is the second time I've done business with Mattress Direct. I bought 3 beds about 5 years ago. I'm so glad I reconnected with this company. Lois is great. She will help you get what you need. Everything's expensive anymore and we all know the supply chain mess ups caused prices to spike. That being said I've always considered the pricing here to be reasonable. And I think it's a good price versus the value. I'm still sleeping on my beds that I bought there 5 years ago and they are great. A wise thing to do is shop around. But the best thing to do with a bed is not by the cheaper priced bed! I recommend all of us spend a little more on the medium or higher grade beds. Buying a cheap bed is like pretending you are not important. Buying a cheap bed is asking for back aches and all kinds of other problems, just a few years down the line. So I recommend everyone to go to this place and shop for the value and for Lois's friendly and professional appeal. Do you know that if your bed is more than 10 years old that you are hurting yourself by sleeping on it any longer? I believe very few beds last 10 years. I believe people with back aches should first look at their bed and how old it is. The mattress and the box spring needs to be replaced every 5 to 10 years depending if you can afford it."
