"When we purchased our home, it was unoccupied. And Susan and Jim were the care takers! They spent a lot of time with me going over our home in detail. And then they proceeded to give me a tour of the area, as we were new to western North Carolina!!! And not just that, they’ve referred some great people to help us care for our home (our landscaper, cleaning ladies, HVAC folks and a couple others)! We do appreciate their friendly and generous way. Yesterday, we were having a problem with our front door lock. They came over later that day, and helped us out. And wouldn’t even take any money.
