Wendalls reached out with PICS of it and they wanted ME to PAY 60 bucks to cover it up. In a year I am going to need a new sofa. Do NOT but from them. Not good people."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND! We bought the Joplin “leather” couch and within 2 years (conveniently when the warranty ran out) it was peeling and busting at the seams. We had our FAUX leather couch from BIG LOTS to last longer than this couch. Terrible quality."

"We purchased a leather reclining sofa and were so pleased with our purchase we decided to buy the matching reclining chair. What happened next was the reason for our poor review. The chair back that attaches to the seat developed a problem and we contacted Leather Italia as it was within the warranty period. They refused to deal with the problem. We took the chair into a furniture repair company and learned that the frame that attaches to the chair is made of particle board/chip board and had cracked on both sides. This was repaired at a considerable cost but at least the chair can now be used again. Buyer beware - the quality of the product is questionable and if you do have a problem, you are on your own. Leather Italia will not stand by their product."
