"If you like listening to one of the owners/employees talk politics loudly about an election that happened 3+ years ago, this is the place. There's a historical marker nearby about confederate troops massacring men who were on their way to join the union army, but this shop hangs the battle flag of the confederacy & not for sale. So you don't have to look far to see where their sympathies lie. To reply to the response: history doesn't offend me, & unless I missed the sign that this was a museum of made in china goods, I thought this was a place of business. The flag doesn't offend me either, but when you hang it in the same vicinity of an American flag, there's obviously something wrong with it. Thanks for the response, it was about what I expected."
"One of the best stores in the area. Has great stuff here and very fair prices. We visit the area every year and always ensure to stop by. We turned up this time on Christmas Eve and they had closed. Owner was still on site and noticed us outside. Came to the door and reopened just so I could come in and buy a piece of wood, even opened up the back yard so we could cut the piece to fit in my car. We will be back again later this year so see you then!"
