"If I could give a ZERO I would!!!!! Customer service doesn't exist here. Nor do they care! While on the table an "inspector" came in and I was unclothed, and they allowed this woman to walk right in the room stopping my service and made me feel VERY uncomfortable all while the door was wide open! No one ever said could you wait until after the service is over? Could you please allow the client to get dressed and step out? NO! They didn't say anything. I was so embarrassed and caught off guard. I looked past that and scheduled another appointment. I understand things happen and sometimes out of one's control. However, I booked and appointment and chose the wrong date They charged me an hour later (didn't call to confirm or even if someone was running late a call to say hey are you coming in and just running behind? So, when I reached out, she said oh it was today. No call, no text or courtesy reminder. I then asked to correct my appointment time to the correct date. They did and then Kat text me saying, "Oh we still need to charge you for today. That's our policy." Excuse me? How unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back here. EVER! Neither will my several referrals! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE OWNER, Kat!"
