"We were in Newland at the waterfalls and my husband called to ask if this store had any anvils for sale. He is a blacksmith. When they answered the phone “Graylight Gallery”, my husband said, “hi, how are you doing today? I’m lo.....”. The woman cut him off and said, “how are you and WHO are you?” He answered that he was fine and told them his name then started to again ask if they had any anvils and she hung up on him halfway through his sentence. I thought perhaps it was the wrong number on google but they answered the phone with the name of the store. It’s rare that I leave negative reviews but they were so rude I thought I’d take the time."
