There is a clear and persistent pattern in all of the negative reviews. the response from the owner should only be the nail on the coffin. Check around, do your homework seriously. Things don't add up at all, Price point doesn't match that of shops in the area, price point doesn't match quality of work, mark up on parts tires etc. Do yourself a favor, Take a look deeper before agreeing to anything and do your homework. This will save you time, in and out of the shop, save you money in repairs and overall build."

I drove three hours to Primal 4x4 And FAB, which is a respectable and very professional off road shop—they will treat you with respect, take care of you and help make your dreams come true. Jim (owner) and Maverick (General Manager) are extremely knowledgeable, personable and honorable men. They will go out of their way to meet your needs, answers your questions and put your mind at ease. I have attached before and after photos so you can see the difference. "Taking a new vehicle to get it cut up a few weeks after you purchase it, is nerve wracking. I talked to 3 shops before deciding on Primal. I think they are more OCD than me and it shows in the quality their work. I had an IronMan RAID rear bumper and read lighting installed on my new 4runner. They took the time to listen to me drone on about other installations I had seen of the same Raid bumper and had not liked, they made a mental notes of what I was seeking and made it happen exactly as I had described. They treat your car as if it was their own and want to make sure you are happy before you leave. When I find a front bumper I like I'll return to Primal for installation as well. They deserve the 5 Stars! They do better work that I take photos."
