"Customer service is the worst. They are very personable when they are hustling you for money. But, that demeanor turns very negatively when it comes to being accountable for their actions. First they wanted to charge $1,200 to remove wrap from my car. When all other places charged from $200 - $500. The $1,200 price was communicated to me after the wrap was removed and not prior. When I asked why the price was not communicated to me prior to removing the wrap, their response was that “they didn’t think that they needed too.” Since when in this line of business do you not give the customer a estimate first and keep them informed if that quote changes??? Once I picked up my car there were still pieces of purple wrap on my white car that had not been removed. And then they actually removed the paint inside of one of my side mirrors when removing the wrap and was not accountable for it. And argued with me that my car came in like this. I would not refer this business because of how they do business with the every day customer. I have a Porsche Cayenne and the owner tried to throw in my face the type of cars they work on as if my car did not meet the expectation of the Bentleys or Rolls that he had. I would give them zero stars if I could."

"WRG was great from start to finish. I stopped by for my bumper to be repainted. William provided a quick and fairly priced quote. Miriam was also available and responsive for any questions I had. They allowed me to drop the car off on Sunday night (using a drop box), and it was ready Tuesday, as promised. The bumper looks great, and the color matches perfectly. They even reattached the decorative bumper guard. Highly recommend!"

"I recently hit a deer in my 2012 Honda Civic, caused lots of major damage to the radiator and whole front end of the vehicle. Filed a claim with my insurance company and didn’t hear back for days, when they finally called back they said that the soonest they could get the car in for repairs was January 5th. It didn’t help that I told them the car was still drivable, but I knew I couldn’t wait that long without damaging the car even more. Started asking around to family and friends for some good local body shops and WRG Paint and Body came up. Gave them a call and they said they would be more than happy to get the car in SAME DAY, and all I would have to do was wait for the insurance evaluator to approve the repairs and I was all good to go. Walked into the shop, clean and professional, spoke to Miriam at the Front desk who was able to answer every single question I had, and then some, about working with my insurance company. I was in and out of the shop in less than 2 hours with a rental vehicle scheduled for the next day, all thanks to Miriam. I was told the car would be ready for pickup by December 9th (today), and I just got back from picking it up minutes ago. Car looks amazing, body work is pristine, you would have thought it was a whole new vehicle. Paint colors match perfectly, even a bit glossier than before which is nice. Hubcaps were already missing or damaged before accident. Car runs just as good, if not better than it did before I hit the deer, and I could not be happier with the wonderful service and top notch work provided by everyone at WRG. Thanks so much WRG!
