"I have scoliosis and an artificial hip. The only exercise I can do without causing pain (soreness in the RIGHT places, pain NO) is Pilates. Studio Pilates Porter's Neck enhances that experience with their amazing reformer workouts and awesome instructors. Every class they make sure I'm getting the most out of the workout without ever hurting myself. They've helped me tailor some things to work best for my body/limitations. No pressure to do things like everyone else. You are an individual there every class, every instructor. My daughter and I take classes together and simply love it!"
"At Studio Pilates, I immediately felt welcomed and encouraged by all of the instructors. All of them are extremely intuitive and have a large amount of differing strengths between them instructors. The studio allows the members to have undivided attention during their class. I don’t feel “lost” or “unseen” during a class and constantly have the instructors circling and providing assistance with form and encouragement. I have never left a class feeling unsatisfied and always experience a great, total body, workout! With the surrounding screens, I am always able to independently check my form to ensure I am performing the exercise correctly, without having to compromise my form.
