"An astounding lack of professionalism mixed with a disdain for ones customer base. As other reviews state not only is the facility itself moldy and dingy, but one would think that a range aimed towards safety (and thus new shooters) wouldn't be quite so openly condescending towards them. Several times I had issues with an older (geriatric) gentleman during my single visit, Being quite unwelcoming and overall making the visit feel quite hostile. When leaving he also decided to loudly single me out for "not sweeping up my brass", at which point i had to kindly remind him that he himself had assigned us to range 3, and the one he was currently in the act of having a hissy fit over was range 4. Truly embodies the stereotype of egotistical gun nuts I will not be returning."
