The Verite Foundation HQ is a health institution located at 533 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. Our primary goal is to use Martial Arts training as a vehicle to recovery for men and women affected by PTSD. Through dedicated mentorships, our constituents are able to progressively reenter group Martial Arts classes with a level of comfort that once seemed impossible.

At Verite Foundation, we offer amazing workouts and iron-clad self-defense skills through our unique style Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes at Pure1 MMA. We cater to people of all fitness levels and help them find success in building muscle, improving health, and increasing happiness.

We are proud to announce that we will be offering Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for children as young as age 4. Our mission is to bring healing to life's invisible wounds through Martial Arts and help our constituents transition from private training to training alongside teammates and friends in schools near them.

With partners and trained instructors across Raleigh, Durham, Holly Springs, Charlotte, Burlington, and Southern Pines, we are dedicated to spreading our reach through seminars and consultations. Our curriculum is also available in partner schools to show how Martial Arts can provide physical and mental benefits beyond typical fitness routines.
