"Capital is a great club for all wrestling levels. There are multiple classes that are for kids, beginner high school, and high-school Advanced. Coach longo is a very professional coach who gives the kids lots of respect but also puts a fair amount of pressure and encouragement for them to get better. Overall I have found to love this club and I have made lots of good friends with the kids that go to it. I am 18 years old and I actually pay for the club my self and I think it’s worth every penny."

"Coach Drew has been such a great inspiration. Our boy has only been wrestling a little less than a year and struggled a bit with confidence. When he started working with Coach Drew his confidence started to improve. He has been learning so much and growing at a steady pace. We have noticed the changes that Coach Drew makes in these young kids all of them but mine particularly. He shows up and he goes hard with each of them. Including the fact he knows what each one of them need to work on from all his observations notes. Not many coaches care enough to notate and move forward on each individual growth. We as parents are so grateful for Capital City and Coach Drew!"
