"If you are some one who appreciates respect and professionalism, it is my opinion that this studio will not give you what you are looking for. I signed up for this class using classpass. I cannot actually comment about the class because I was not able to attend. I am however commenting about the customer service at this facility. Due to an unforeseen work emergency I needed to cancel this class, so I contacted the studio to request to be taken off the list so that class pass would not charge me. I have had two prior studios with this same request, Yoga 1 and Pure Barre Myers Park. Both studios were courteous and understanding, all it took was a call, and they were happy to help me out. The woman I spoke to at this studio, the owner I presume, could not have been less professional and extremely rude. I tried to explain to her my situation, and she told me that it wasn't possible for her take me off the list. I told her that other reputable and busy studios in Charlotte have been more than accommodating. After a few more minutes of going around on this conversation she gave me lip service and said she would take me off, but she didn't even ask for my name before she hung up on me. I then called and left a voice mail with my name and said I would be happy to write a negative review pertaining to her customer service which is what I'm doing now. Then she called me back about 30 minutes later, saying how dare I tell her how to run her business, how dare I ask her to lie to class pass, and how did I even get her phone number, and how dare I threaten her with a negative review. I reminded her that she hung up on me, I told her I wasn't asking her to lie to class pass to tell them she canceled the class, just to please take me off the list like other studios in Charlotte have before, and her phone number is listed as the contact for her business through class pass and online. I even explained to her about the extenuating circumstances about why I needed to miss the class, and that her hanging up on me was unprofessional and that's why I would be writing this review. She did not apologize for hanging up on me, she did not apologize for being completely unprofessional, in fact she hung up on me again, and said she would rebut this review and say that I had asked her to lie to classpass. This whole situation is completely out of hand and unprofessional I have no idea if this a good workout studio or not but the way this has been handled is just crazy. I can't believe that this woman spoke me to in this manner and hung up twice. This is never the right way to do business, and she should be ashamed of her reprehensible conduct."
