Told us the jackets would look like the one on his wall and it came to us in pieces. If you are ordering a letterman jacket with leather sleeves do yourself a favor and order through the letterjacketlady or josten. They are more dependable and stand by their product. He answer to me when I told him no one would put the numbers on the sleeves was what do you want me to do, I don't know anyone or have any answers. Which is not what he told us the first time when we ordered. He said they would be put on."
