"I was very happy with the staff and Doctors at Blue Pearl Cary. My dog Vanilla had severe liver levels which caused her to be very ill. They took her in immediately from my regular vet and were able to ultrasound her the same day. They kept me updated the whole time on her condition. After 3 days of intensive care Vanilla is happy to be home, continuing her treatment and doing well. The only negative I could say is that nobody has called to see how she is doing. This was a very expensive experience and it would be nice if we could, at least, get a follow up call. “Hey, how is Vanilla doing?” That’s all."

"Our American Bulldog was very sick with a tumor on his parathyroid gland which elevated his calcium levels to dangerous values and also caused bladder & urethral stones. Blue Pearl of Cary with its entire professional team - from the internal medicine team to the surgical team who performed 2 surgeries on him simultaneously were simply amazing! What a fantastic job they did on our Hachi! He stayed for 6 days and we brought him home a different fur boy! He rolled around in the yard like he did as a young pup. We just carried him back yesterday for a follow up thinking he was going to be afraid. ( he normally shook so bad at his previous vet visits). He walked in wagging his tail and greeting everyone like they were his best friends. We are highly satisfied with this loving and professional team and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing an emergency, a surgical procedure, or a life threatening situation! Lacinda, Dr Steven’s assistant always has a special way with Scout. The front desk staff is always friendly. Dr Stevens is always thorough with explanations and treatment options.
