"Evolution is a spacious, well-equipped, very clean gym and a great place to work out. There's a wide variety of cardio equipment, and a huge selection of free weights and resistance machines. I'm from out of town and come to Rockingham several times a year to visit family and in the past have struggled with finding a good place to work out in the area. I found Evolution 3-4 years ago and the search is over! It's easy to get a day pass and the price is right!"
