"Ms Sidden, who is no longer at this branch, was fantastic. The staff is always as friendly and efficient as can be. However, when I recently questioned some extremely high coverage on a particular line item, I was told by Richard that if I lowered that I would lose discount(s). Say what? Pay more for coverage that was not needed at a such a high level (or said another way, thus would never be paid out) or lose discount(s)? So, I am actually paying for discount(s). In getting quotes, no other agency quoted any where near as high on this item. Then the Richard quote of "cause and effect" which can only be interpreted as "not going to pay" even though coverage exists. After 6 years I have moved on. Was surprised by how much I did save!"
