"Humana is trash! I have tried to set up a provider contract since June and continue to get the run around, long waits for responses and over all poor follow up. It’s a shame how Humana does not want to help get providers set up to serve Humana consumers! Terrible!"

"Been three weeks of them ignoring phone calls on meds I need to breathe. There is no one ever at the office. It immediately goes to a recording. They choose to blame my doctors office as why I dont have meds, and the only reason I found this out was that the pharmacy technicians where I get said meds was explaining this to me. Today it's apparently someone at the office's birthday why the phone goes to immediate 'we will call you back.'"
