"Worst student apartment (0 stars). I never write reviews for anything, but I had to warn potential residents. My car was broken into yesterday, and six other cars were broken into three weeks prior with no action taken. My car was broken into in the afternoon, just over an hour after I returned home and left again, indicating that I was clearly targeted. Security rarely arrives, and when they do, they drive quickly and leave without looking around. Cameras are ineffective, therefore you will never feel safe. There were no emails sent out regarding the break-ins, but they will send you emails about events they are organizing as if nothing ever happened."

"Personally, the apartments could use some improvements in the areas of security and cleanliness. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Noah. He is always super helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you have a good experience at Blvd."

"I’ve been living here for about 6 months now and really enjoy it, I’ve even told friend about it. The rooms are pretty spacious and it’s the perfect distance outside of campus. The front desk is really helpful and kind they’re always ready to answer questions or help soliving your problems, with a quick shout out to Danea who always helps me with my packages and is so sweet every time I need some help or just a package picked up."

"this is the hood! the ghetto. i wish i could leave zero stars! roaches and bugs all throughout the complex. trash throughout the complex. robberies. random locals. random alarms going off. police there everyday. hot mess. the leasing office does nothing! me and my classmate applied to this apartment and they moved us in with a random girl we didn't know. the girl was a gang member and she had random men living in the apartment. the leasing office did nothing and she tried to jump me. she later broke into my car and stole all my rent money and again, they did nothing and wouldn't move me. random locals and grown men stray around the apartment preying on the young girls. people have their loose dogs and cats all throughout the complex and they leave poop and pee everywhere. it stinks so bad. it smells a sewer. also, random fire alarms go off for hours and you cant do anything about it. it will go off at 2am-5am and you can't do anything until the fire department comes. run fast! DO NOT MOVE HERE. this is the trap house! i had to endure all of this throughout nursing school and the leasing office did nothing. they lied to me about moving me into a one bedroom or studio apartment for an entire year. i had to file several police reports for all the harassment i endured while at this apartment and when i moved out they tried to overcharge me. i've gotten into several augments with the leasing office and they're rude! they have no professionalism at all and i'm not sure how they're still running this complex. oh, one more thing! they will tow you and you have to pay $200 to get your car back. they wont call you or anything. they will just tow you! parties at all times of the night and the walls are paper thin. ROACHES and RATS everywhere. i felt like i was in a rundown NYC brownstone. it is ghetto! loud music, ghetto residents, broke down amenities, stinky halls, dirty walls, and overall a dusty complex. they say the apartment is fully furnished but all the furnisher is ripped up and busted. there were couch bugs in the couch. i'm blessed to have survived."
