"Your insured hit me and this has been the WORST experience ever, everyone that works for this company is unhelpful and their phone system is the most lazy system ever, why do I have to constantly leave voicemails and wait for a returned call? There should be someone available to talk live instead of returning calls. I have bee reaching out to my adjuster multiple times and she never responds to my emails or returns my calls. I don't understand why such a small insurance company would have such terrible service. I can't believe anyone would use them for insurance."
