"The wait to get seen is ALWAYS long. We put up with it for almost 2 years only because we love Dr. Samantha. Everyone is nice and the staff are all great but man that wait time has to change. We see the doctor for about 10 minutes max at each appointment but we wait for almost 2 hours. We recently came in for a 330pm appointment and didn't leave until 530pm. This is the norm every. single. time. I have to find a new location that will prioritize our kids and our time."
"Unfortunately the level of service and care has gone down tremendously while my child has been a patient there. There is no sense of urgency and all the staff are full of excuses for why things aren't done timely. The providers barely listen to your concerns and brush everything off. After years of my child being a patient at this office, it's time to find a new pediatrician."
"This place is trash and also it's sanford location. You can't get an appointment til a week later then when you need it, wth good is that? All you get is ignorance and excuses. F this place"
"So appointments are clearly not a priority. Had to leave because, they were apparently over scheduled. If you want to be treated like a peasant, this is your place. I am sure something related to patient priorities etc are at play but, personally have been turned away and sent elsewhere for emergency needs."
"This has been a great place for medical care for our family. They have seen my granddaughter since she was almost 48 hours old. They have gone above and beyond for her medical care. They have always gotten her in very quickly when she needed to be seen. The staff has always been so friendly. Not one complaint"
