"Truly baffling experience for an establishment geared towards helping children, especially when reading that they have been in business for 14 years. I honestly would have thought they just started out a few months ago based on their experience and business practices. They cannot figure out how to bill customer's insurance plans (mind you, with large national insurance companies) and then threaten to halt therapy services due to "lack of payment" that goes back to their own misunderstanding of the insurance claim process and failure to gain pre-approval before services even began (which according to other speech therapy providers is a no brainer as step #1). I was told specifically by our insurance provider to NOT pay any bills that come from them because it was the practice's fault and they need to resolve the issue. When I questioned both the billing coordinator and the practice's owner, I was met with an essay of excuses blaming a 3rd party rather than taking an ounce of accountability. Cigna ultimately paid the claims and service was resumed, but not without further issues a month later. We received a phone call and email last week about an invoice that we had never received and how we had to pay it SAME DAY in order for services to continue. When I questioned such billing practices of "payment due immediately" terms, especially given our history, they "cut off" services to my daughter (for good). Stephanie Molina's (owner) excuse-driven attitude trickles down to the rest of the business and makes an already headache-inducing situation much worse. Would not recommend this practice if it was your last option within a 250 mile drive unless you find pleasure in administrative/paperwork headaches with health insurance providers and dealing with ignorant, self-righteous business owners who treat clients like last week's garbage."

"Our son has been receiving speech therapy through KM since he was two. He’s now 4 1/2 and entering into the WCPSS PRE-K program. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like we’ll be able to continue services with them after school, but our experience has been a very positive one. His therapist Caitlyn Wainwright-Clark has brought him a long way, and formed a very special bond with our son. I highly, highly recommend them!"
