"This place has its priority in the wrong order. I have always thought that the health of the person being seen was more important than the money. They were more concerned with me making a copay than the actual problem of my foot. So I won't recommend anyone to get treatment from this place!"
"Chelsea the nurse at the labs was phenomenal! She had to take blood from my 2 year olds finger and usually that is a terrible experience for me as a parent. But Chelsea miraculously made the experience fun and interesting for my child and she didn’t even cry. I was in awe… still am really. 10/10 experience with Chelsea! She could be at some sort of national children’s hospital - she’s that good! I’ve never seen a nurse so good with kids and needles. Also, Alma is my favorite nurse. She’s so cheerful and kind - she makes the visit so pleasant! And I always love Dr Burke! She is always kind and supportive! I feel like she looks at the big picture when it comes to medicine. She’s simply fabulous!"
"We normally see Dr. Clark for all of our visits, we have been seeing him since our oldest, who is 16, was born. Today we were scheduled to see NP Jordan, because Dr. Clark was out of the office. Let me just say she was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, informative, extremely patient with our 6 yr old, and helpful with our needs! We will definitely schedule to see her for our future visits! Also, front staff was quick at check in and very friendly!"
"We had a good experience at this Duke pediatrics for our 6-y-old. Contrary to other comments, we had nice front desk support and annual visits as scheduled. We have not been here yet for a sick visit though. Our doctor is (EMILY LEGAULT MAULLER) indeed competent and caring. It's located a bit odd maybe together with other clinics/business firms.
