"If I could give this place -100 stars I would. I saw the doctor on November 21st. I was diagnosed with a UTI, and given Cipro Five day prescription. 24 hours after I had taken all of Prescription I got a phone call 7:30 PM on a Sunday night saying that my culture had come back and they had given me the wrong antibiotic. I did tell the lady on the phone that I was feeling better but I didn’t feel 100%. She said she’d call me back in the morning. Never called me back after I called several times And this morning three days after they called me on that Sunday night I still didn’t have a new prescription. I called and called and called and finally went in and all they did was apologize and I really was just angry. This is so simple. This isn’t a doctors office. this is a clown office and I highly recommend you go anywhere else maybe a woman in the woods with a chicken bone and a bucket of water she probably do a better job! Oh! FYI they don’t answer the phone at any time. they want to leave a message and then get back to you. ( only they don’t call you back) All of my messages went unanswered I called this morning left a message then went in with nobody in their waiting room and then called after I left….Still nobody in there and they still didn’t pick up the phone, it’s a clown office get yourself a chicken bone and a bucket Of water. Update Someone from their office just just called me and was like “hi this is Riverview Medical Center we are just calling to see how you’re doing” Clearly, one hand has no idea what the other one is doing. They Or refunding my money"

"Let me start by selling Riverview, family medicine, and urgent care. Really made me feel a lot better about coming to the doctor for the first time in many many years! Um, I believe it was Shannon. The receptionist at the front ,absolutely wonderful woman , she is the sweetest talking and professional and courteous woman I've been in contact with a long long time and I'm being alone time. She's very personal she deserves a raise and There is no doubt about it. With the way the world is in nation, and all that with everybody else out here, acting fool with our feelings. She gave you a piece of mind that everything does still have. Hope. And the doctor Andy nurse's narcissist or whatever. I didn't get her name. I think it was claire or something like that they were Johnny-on it! Very professional, very Courteous and expedited Every single patient in there in and out. Like I've never even seen with any other doctor! The rest of the urgent cares and other other doctor's office leave it. Take notes in learn from this Office because they were doing their damn thing! Well done riverview medical keep up the good work"

"I came this morning right when they first opened and was wowed by the experience. It’s been a long time since I’ve been at any medical clinic that had employees that cared and went above and beyond. It’s clear they truly love helping others. It’s very clear they all enjoy working together there as well. I felt like I was part of their little family and not just a masked number they were trying to get out the door. I found my new urgent care. And that front desk!! Made me wanna ask if they were hiring because they were all just so friendly and helpful. LOL. Praise Jesus for people like them in places like these. A true hidden gem!!"
