"I went with my wife today to see her specialist at 9 Am May 06/2021, we arrived and parked the car in second floor and we walk to the elevator and while we passing the door lead to elevator i found a female from hospital staff in her uniform smoking weed beside the door i got shocked and went to elevator and for our bad luck she come and get with us in elevator and i said in loud voice without looking to her that it's smell weed and then she looked at me and left the elevator. so my question does novant allow their employee's to smoke weed inside their facilities?"
