"The receptionist was more than accommodating and friendly. I wish I could say the same for whoever I met to actually speak with. After having already given them all of my information ahead of time and taking time off of work to come to them specifically for the specialty esketamine service they provide, I was unfortunately more or less, brushed off entirely and told to try a medication requiring constant blood samples and adjustments before I should bother again. I wish I could say I had a great experience past the reception lobby but that was not the case. Thanks for the chilled water bottle though!"
