"I really enjoyed going to Advanced physical Therapy. First of all, it was only 5 minutes from my house, but most importantly, the staff was amazing. Michelle was definitely knowledgeable about what exercises that I would benefit from. Sela was awesome. She took no pity on me, because she knew I could do what she was asking me to do. She kept telling me "you're strong" so I pulled, pushed, and carried whatever she recommended. To be honest, I left feeling much better and stronger. Still working on my posture though. Thanks to everyone involved."

I worked with Sela the most she is rough on you but you will benefit from what she has you do.
