"The front desk great, doctor great, his assistant as she calls herself, absolutely the most unprofessional person in her position. Because I am allergic to Percocet she told me “are you sure you are”; then followed it with “well you’re going to be in a a lot of pain then”. Very rude, very condescending, very unprofessional and mean. There is a difference with telling the true and being mean. Just being a bully like she held power. Thankfully Chelsea stepped in and saved the day since I was going to cancel the surgery due to her comments. She made me feel like my care was not going to go right and that I was putting myself in jeopardy. She did not believe my allergies although they are ER visit documented. The person hearing this call was like “are you sure you want to go there?” When do I get a follow up call to see how doing? Two days before my follow up; almost two weeks later from the same rude lady. Wow. Luckily she is not part of the surgical staff. She absolutely gives this facility a black eye. Thank you Chelsea for taking this over and making things right prior to surgery. The true professional."

"I have been to this location 3 times. It is very clean and updated nicely. The front desk ladies were very busy, but they treated me well. The back staff were professional and friendly. The healthcare provider seemed knowledgeable, gave me all of my options, and explained my x-rays well. I would highly recommend this office."

"I had to bring my 5 year old in today for a hearing test. The receptionists were so nice! We had Janie (I think that was hee name) she was absolutely wonderful in Audiology. She was so patient with my son so soft spoken and sweet! I couldn't have asked for anyone better!"

"The nurses were very nice inside before and after surgery but the reception and nurses over the phone were very rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again. The directions on where to be were unclear, they charged me twice as much as They originally told me and I am just overall unimpressed and feel very unsatisfied with the treatment and care I have received. I am not the type to write bad reviews but I should have just stayed in my home town to get my surgery done instead of driving an hour for less than mediocre care."

"Is this the norm for Fayetteville/ Hook county? I'm a new yorker and this is a new kind of ignorance which I'm not used to. The front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional, gave me the run around when asking for a school note for my daughter. Had misleading signs in there office. With a smirk on her ulgy face the young receptionist had the nerve to say "what's the problem you don't know how to ask for a doctors note. She is lucky i had my daughter with me, never have I experienced some of the treatment since moving to this area last year. It's a story of unhappy people looking for company. Will not be taking my daughter back here. Even the doctor wasn't the best,not friendly or very helpful."
