"Of all the doctors I've had over the years and moves to different cities, Dr. Edens is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He's attentive, thorough, kind, and proactive; and he listens closely, which is a value I really appreciate in a PCP! Nurses Alice and Martha are also top-notch and make this office wonderful (even had a good experience with a blood draw here!)"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I would not recommend going here for any reason. I had just moved to Raleigh in January and needed a new primary care doctor and since I needed my annual physical I booked that. I met with Dr. Shaw who asked me how I was feeling which should be part of the annual visit which should be covered 100% by my insurance. She never told me that if I have any questions that it would be considered a separate appointment on top of my annual. I have never experienced this before in my life. Every year I go for my annual I discuss my overall health and then my insurance covers the entire appointment. I tried contacting the doctor directly and she never responded to my email. I called the office several times for months now explaining what happened and they keep telling me different things. They told me it was there fault and they billed it incorrectly. Now they’re saying there is nothing they can do. At this point I now have to work with my insurance for them to fix the claim but it’s been an unnecessary headache on top of a really sketchy experience. Even my insurance said some doctors do this but it’s really frowned upon. I would not recommend this office at all and beware of how they bill you."

"Be very careful with what you discuss with Dr. Kimberly Nicole Cronshaw. They will charge you for every question you put or even if you just mention your medical history at the annual physical exam. The only good thing here was the front office staff, they are very helpful and nice. (Update) The issue was eventually fixed and the bill was retracted by the management."

"I cannot recommend this place enough! Literally everyone from the front staff, nurses, doctor and lab tech were so kind and welcoming! For the first time in 6 years I actually felt listened to about my symptoms I've been living with and in 3 days we had some answers. If you're looking for a primary care doctor, make the phone call. You won't regret it! Dr. Narasimha and the staff are amazing! Thank you guys for everything you do!"

"Dr. Edens is a wonderful PA. I have recommended my friends and family to him, and will continue to do so. He never rushes your visit and addresses all of your concerns thoroughly. I believe he truly cares for and respects each and every patient and his bedside manner shows this. In addition, the check-in ladies are always friendly and it seems like everyone in the office works well together. Very glad to have found this primary care location! The only thing that can be tricky at this location is parking, but if you just call the office in advance to get details, they will tell you exactly which parking deck to park in, and they will give you parking passes when you leave so that parking is free. Just give yourself a little extra time on your very first visit to find the right parking deck. Once you find it on your first visit, it is no problem for future visits."
