"In any place, it’s been extremely hard to see doctors/nurses that really care and don’t just rush you out of the door. This was an opposite experience. I made an appointment and I was seen at the exact time. I was in and out in 45 mins, having gotten flu and Covid rapid tests done, as well as a prescription. I want to deeply thank Dr. O’Donnell, as well as the nurse who saw me (I apologize I do not remember your name- sick brain). I truly can say this experience gave me hope and I hope this office knows how special they are"

"This place was an absolute God send for us. My daughter was facing what was considered a life threatening allergic reaction. While other places wanted to make her wait for hours, this was the ONLY place to not only see her promptly but treat her symptoms promptly. The receptionist was super helpful and got us scheduled right away, the nurse had amazing bedside manner and Dr. Matthew was beyond helpful. I was speechless and nearly in tears after experiencing the best care in this facility."

"It's rare you meet with a provider who genuinely cares yet alone makes you feel like you are their only patient. I was absolutely blown away by my experience at this clinic. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, compassionate, and went out of their way to make sure I felt listened to, validated, and delivered phenomenal care without any judgement. (Especially the PA I met with, Jessica, who met with me for close to an hour.) Immensely grateful for this experience as I feel this is typically not the usual. Would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing to get in somewhere asap!"

"I went here once while visiting family for thanksgiving. I have been to a few urgent care facilities and can say with conviction this one is good. They really seem to care, Matt (the provider) cares about his patients, and was empathetic. You can tell when they care as opposed to some places who just want to get through the appointment as quick as possible, because he took the time to explain it. If you make an appointment online (you can get a same day appointment) you do not have to wait long maybe 15 min or so (if there is not many people there). Please note 15-35 min wait is average for urgent care/ medical facilities. You do not want a provider rushing the appointment too much just to make haste for the next person. The quality was worth the 15 ish min wait (which is average to quicker than most places). I have been to a different urgent care where they did not do very well and gave me something that did not help, and I had waited around 3 hours. I made an appointment at this other place and was seated 1.5 hours after the appointment time, then had to wait in the exam room for another 50 min for the provider, even though I was crying in pain. Count your blessings where you can this FastMed urgent care location is a blessing."
