"We had a good experience here today. They were able to see us on the same day, and took our concerns seriously. Everyone that we encountered was helpful, prompt, and professional. I saw a lot of bad reviews so I was hesitant to go, but we didn't encounter any issues."

"Although this was one of the highest paying companies in Raleigh for Medical Assistants, the continuous unprofessionalism and drama isn’t worth the pay. You have medical assistants that are allowed to poke you or your child with no license. You have trainers like Melissa Lyons and Andreya Anderson who will sign people off even though they aren’t allowed to vaccinate patients without supervision, draw blood or complete simple testings like Covid strep or flu. The environment consists of lots of gossip and unfair treatment from those in positions of power. There is no professional standard here. You have supervisors like Andreya Anderson that bangs on employees desk in an effort to get their attention or like Melissa Lyons who spreads gossip about new/existing staff and their performance. At advance the max number of patients that can fit into a provider’s schedule motivates the CEO not the fact that this company provides no real work/life balance. In my last interaction with this company I excused myself from a meeting and kept it professional instead of being another statistic. My ability to stand up for myself and say before I blow up I’m going to walk away was something that unfortunately none of these ones in a position of power has ever seen from their own kind. For them this was a sign of disrespect and insubordination, not a young black women knowing when to remove herself. This company has great providers yes, but a horrible team leading them. I’ve never seen a place hire 2 MD’s and within 6months of hire both leave. This could be a great place if the people were actually cared about and not how much money can be made off them. This would also be a great place if people were put in positions based off of experience and success not popularity or longevity. There are too many people like Melissa Lyons , Andreya Anderson and Tim Stevens who are paid to lead but couldn’t lead a horse to water even if you drew up a map. The picture provided is from 1-22-24 left over blood from a patient that sat on an exam table through the weekend (from 1-19-24 to 1-22-24) and wasn’t cleaned until I arrived that day and took the picture."

"When scheduled for an appointment at 6:20 pm on 12/14/2023 I was denied access because they lied about my insurance not being current. The same insurance I just used on 12/9/23 for a follow up appointment from a 12/7/23 ER visit from epilepsy. They then tried to charge me for that appointment, and said the provider wasn't seeing anymore patients for the day when I refused to pay. I called my insurance provider UHC and They confirmed my insurance but by then it's around 6:07 and the receptionist @Advanced community health on Rock Quarry Rd. canceled my appointment. She made it seem like I cancelled it and that's not it, she falsified my previous appointment I had on 12/9 and made it seem like it wasn't an actually a follow-up appointment but an appointment for a refill. The people working tonight need to be fired. I witnessed one of them counting cash also as well as offering me my visit at a reduced price. Saying " it would be 248 for your visit but I can do it for 100""

"My care Provider Sadonna was very short with me and sarcastic. This is not the first time me or a family member have seen her. And she has treated us both horribly. Has made us feel very less than. I normally don’t write reviews and give people the benefit of doubt. But this is her third time being rude. I simply asked for an Antibiotic for my Ear Infection. I told her I had a picture of my ear. To which she replied, that I could not text it to her or email it to her. That there was no way for her to see the picture of my ear. She then sarcastically told me to show her my Ear. I was treated better by the woman doing my Covid Test and front desk people than I was by Sadonna. I don’t have anything against her. But this is the 3rd time she’s hurt mine and a family member’s feelings. To me, that isn’t right. Don’t go into the medical field if you’re going to have a stone cold heart and not help people. I feel like this Soctor should be terminated. Because she’s not helping at all. And ultimately is why I’m changing PCP."

"Got an appointment, and it was on holidays. No heads up or update I went wasting time. After that I called asking about it, surprisingly they told me the 2nd appointment I had has been canceled. Appointment availability in April 5 months later I guess that would cancel to and will have to wait till 2025 I guess."
