"I just want to say that Donna Anderson was the person that finally figured out exactly what my son was diagnosed with he was diagnosed with autism he has ADHD he had been suffering in silence from a doctor that did not care about him from being de behavioral she has been the best doctor to have known for 7 years while anybody would try to get her in trouble for medication that they are not prescribed I don't know but she sure shouldn't have her license taken and she sure should not be in the review I think it's absurd that people would do something to a great doctor and say that she isn't caring shes been my sons saver and I need her to know shes appreciated i thank you for your time and the love u have shown my whole family"

"While everyone was kind, this is an unprofessionally and borderline unethically ran practice. Every single time I called them and asked about my bill they told me I did not have a balance with them and then suddenly I had a nearly $200 balance based on 3, less than 30-minute phone calls (which would've been $450 altogether if my insurance didn't have a discount), one of which was to get my meds refilled because THEY terminated primary care service and gave everyone less than one week of notice (for me it was literally two days notice). They did not have a secure payment method, so I had to disclose my card info over the phone to them. Besides that, the office was not as clean as you would expect a doctor's office to be. Glove hygiene was strange in my opinion, and could've been changed more often. For a claimed mental health professional, I found Dr. Anderson's bedside manner regarding food and weight loss to be triggering and accusatory. If a patient comes in and is aware of their problems and is showing the desire to get well, treat them with respect. Hell, if they aren't, still treat them with respect. You never know what landed a person in the situation that they're in, and for someone who claims to treat mental illnesses as well, you would think that would be top of mind. Prescriptions were done aggressively/insensitively (ex. prescribing meds way over my price range and outside of my insurance coverage, prescribing 3 different methods for lowering blood sugar to take all at the same time, and prescribing them to all be taken at the same time of day). While I can empathize with the unique struggles Black healthcare professionals face when trying to run their own private practice, I believe there are ways you can run a practice smoothly and within budget that were not done here, which ended up creating an uncomfortable, confusing and frustrating experience for the patients. Don't waste your time at Innerlogic."
