It was super simple, didn't have to contact anyone other than Mindpath Health. It was literally painless. The therapist I spoke with was awesome. Yeah, I was nervous but man did I need it. "MindPath has been amazing for me. My doctor - Dr Piotrowski is both super kind and incredibly knowledgeable. She is the only doctor I have ever had to actually explain everything (medications, risks, benefits,…) as I always believed how it should be. She is amazing in working with me to get me to a stable point and to improve my quality of life. I am also a bit more complicated patient, and she has had no issue juggling my issues and all of the mediations/interactions as needed. Bryan, the front desk receptionist, deserves a whole separate review. He is absolutely incredible and I believe no one else could better do his job. Not only is just his voice calming and kind, but he truly cares for all of the patients, their needs, and coordinating care with your provider. He is responsive, incredibly kind, and truly one of a kind. He has even offered me to be able to call and talk things out with him if I’m unable to reach someone else, as i’m not currently seeing a therapist. MindPath- take note- these two deserve a raise!"

"This was a new and different experience! At the last minute my sister had to be taken to the doctor by 1:00 and my virtual appointment was at 1:30. I took my computer with me but ended up having to use my cellphone and it worked! The lobby was basically empty…only one or two additional people at any time. It was slightly disconcerting for me but I don’t think I will be in this situation very often. I’m just glad to learn how to zoom with my cellphone. I was a little scared that I might miss my appointment with Alecia. However, all went well with both appointment and zooming on my cellphone."
