"I completed my study in February, I keep getting billed from Sleep works. They are telling me the insurance company is denying my claim, and keep giving me different reasons. When I contact the insurance company about this they are telling me Sleep Works isn’t filing the claim, and the one claim they file they withdrew it. I feel I keep getting the runaround with this company. It appears legal action is my next step. Oh and they have already withdrew $600 from my account because they said the insurance company denied the claim."

"Little to no customer service. Was seen by the doctor, did his test, then never got a call from an entirely separate company for the breathing device. Now I'm back at this office because they say it's required again. 3 office visits, over a year, no relief."

"What company doesn’t answer their business phone or return multiple calls with relevant voicemails? Ding! Ding! This one. People come in to sleep as I once did and the technicians were great. Administration must be sleeping as well along with their patients at this place because trying to get paperwork has become a nightmare. I’ll say goodnight on this one and hopefully my Primary Care will wake up one day to getting the paperwork I’ve now requested at least 3 times."

"Be careful with this. Make sure you have proper documentation when they give you how much copay you need to pay. I talk to them and ask specifically on how much I will pay after my insurance. They told me after working with my insurance that I will be paying $180. After the procedure, they send me almost $600. I did not get a confirmation email on that conversation so now it will be hard for me to prove it, unless they will recover our phone conversation. Also , the result takes 3 months."

"The people here were very easy to work with, and I think the sleep study was well done. The problem is with the administration. My study was 4+ months ago and I still haven't been able to get a prescription to take to a dentist to get an appliance. They do not answer phone calls. They do not answer messages. I never got the insurance paperwork, so I'm not even sure they submitted properly. Basically, they are run like a "mill"--depending on processing large numbers of clients, scheduling extra appointments and selling them things. But they seem exceptionally poor at that! I'm hoping that maybe this review will nudge them to actually contact me."
