This office fails miserably and repeatedly to staff a front desk, you can’t even call a human being even during open hours, its all text chat garbage and its insulting how many times patients have to reach out to do anything outside of the status quo. The clinicians and therapists could be the best in the world but it doesnt matter if there’s not a person who will pick up a telephone when you need something."

"I like the new NP and absolutely love my therapist, but the incompetence of the front office is staggering. You can only text them, it's impossible to get them on the phone, and they take forever to respond if they even do. It has taken them 6 weeks so far to get the treatment for my depression approved, and they still can't manage to order the actual meds. The website says they can get you started in 72 hours. Meanwhile, I'm unable to work because of my severe mental illnesses and I'm just sitting around getting worse. It's not worth the frustration, so don't start here. I've been dealing with this for 7 years."

"I cannot leave zero stars, but if I could I would. The “front office” or whoever responds to my texts is incompetent. I have been requesting copies of my medical records since early October, and I have provided TWO medical release forms. My provider is no longer with this practice, therefore, I do not have a live person to contact. I am writing the Medical Director out of frustration. The front office is the face of the business. I cannot recommend this practice if a basic function cannot be handled in a timely manner; it is difficult to escalate this issue. I am beyond frustrated; as I live out of town I cannot just drop in and sit until my request is processed."

"I am honestly surprised with the reviews here. I love Cary behavioral health. At least for the last 4 months they have been incredible! The staff is kind and understanding, As well as efficient. Dr. Bajwa checks my prescriptions every week when I come in for my appointments. I feel cared about. While they are hard to reach on the phone they are great at responding to voicemails and texts."

"Trying to reach an actual person on the phone is nearly impossible, making an appointment after Dr. Miah left has been a headache. Ive emailed, and texted for over 2 weeks before I finally got in touch with someone who then told me I WOULD NO LONGER BE SEEN at Cary Behavioral because of being on a medication Ive NEVER taken and told to follow up with a different practice. Only then to be contacted an hour later and told they made an error due to the person not speaking English as a first language and misunderstanding my patient records. WHAT?! I was extremely put off by that entire debacle.. Ironically enough with the communication being such an issue, when there was a payment mixup after all of this I had someone call me 3 TIMES to collect payment info within 2 hours. I can see where the priority lies with patient care and information vs patients payment. I will note the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is my new Doctor is WONDERFUL. She gave me helpful insight on dealing with anxiety issues I have not tried before and was so nice."
