"The billing team only want the money, they don't try to help or solve the problems. I got a bill more than $600+ for regular visit, which was $80 with my previous insurance company. I asked detail billing information so that I can talk to my new insurance company. But I never receive it in the past several months. Every time they call is just asking for money, although I keep saying I need the detail billing information. I tried to call them to find the right person to talk, but it always end with voice mail or directly hang up after long waiting time. Now they just sent the bill to collection and still don't want to help! All they want is MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!"

"Sanjeda Sultana is terrible. She's condescending, rude, arrogant, and a know-it-all (despite not being up to date with current literature). At one instance during my visit, she insisted I was wrong about something and when I pushed back she condescendingly dismissed my concern; yet a quick Google search would show her to be wrong. I felt on-edge the entire visit; she is unwelcoming, not personable, and does not care - you are another patient and she is the supreme ruler. If you get her as your doctor, please don't ask her any questions, challenge her, or speak without being spoken to; this is how she would like to conduct her visits."

"They bill a “facility” fee of around $500 - just for walking in the building. This was more than seeing the doctor. I saw Dr. Klein, who greeted me and my hormone imbalance issues with I gather you’re “here for reassurance that you’re healthy”. Don’t waste your time and money on this place."

"This is only getting 2 because the lady who did my blood draw is amazing and she herself deserves 11 stars as well as the support staff. However the doctor I saw (Borgeas Espinosa) left a foul taste for me on this clinic. I have a medical condition (already diagnosed) and was there for ongoing management care. In this appointment he stated i don't have said condition and probably don't need my meds and am probably only on them for fertility. He then stated i probably actually have PCOS (with no testing and will multiple negative testing in my medical history) and ordered me to be tested for that and for premature menopause. He didn't listen to me about my concerns. I wanted to know how to better manage my condition not be confused and told the issue was in my head especially after 6 years of working to even get diagnosed and constantly being misdiagnosed. Further i wasn't there for fertility issues but that's all he talked about and o specifically said i was switching to this practice because my last Endo (a fertility specialist) was only concerned about my ability to make a baby but that i wanted someone who cared about my health. It all fell on deaf ears. In my experience this doctor does not care or listen to his patients. I paid $80 for this pleasure and will not be repeating that mistake."
