"My name is Jennifer Dodgson and they canceled my new patient appointment due to medications I take for mental illness, adhd, and a broken spine. Said the dr doesn’t prescribe my kind of meds and to stick with the dr I’m with when she is ill and out on leave I have no clue if or when she will be back. Thanks for the judgement! Todays medical field is truly sickening with how they JUDGE patients and profile them."

"My mom needs physical therapy after a sudden and very debilitating illness. I have been waiting 2 1/2 months for a return call from Amber who supposedly handles referrals for PT. I guess no one can do this but her. I've left several messages and none have been responded to. I've called and been placed on hold for long lengths of time and just hung up. I recently left a message for a manager named Melissa who has yet to return my call. Meanwhile, my mom, who has been seen by 2 doctors here still doesn't have a referral for PT and still is in need of assistance. The first doctor tried to force her to sample medicine in the office that she didn't need, just so she could see how the medicine worked in case she needed it later. She's no longer there. The second doctor scheduled her for a physical after she spent 6 months in the hospital having every test you can imagine. This practice has shown nothing but incompetence, although the staff is friendly. Unfortunately friendliness isn't going to help my mom get better. It's frustrating that a place that is supposed to help people get better is actually halting progress and causing mental stress."

I would highly recommend this office. My husband doesn't even mind going to his appointments anymore and that's saying a lot! The manager has really done well turning this place around!!"
