"Meeting Karissa was a game changer for my little guy. My first baby was a champion nurser, but my second was more challenging. The lactation consultant at the hospital said he was a "snacker" and to just keep wiggling him around while he nursed. He didn't care for it and neither did I. His weight at the first appointment was not stellar and he seemed (to me) to be growing lethargic. Karissa to the rescue! Although she didn't have an open appointment for a few days, she worked us in immediately. Both of my babes were born with tongue ties. My daughter didn't need any adjustment to her latch so the issue wasn't on my radar.
