Cary Family Practice and Walk-In Clinic

"If you have medicaid, they will treat you like crap. Your referrals will "get lost". The dr will tell you if you have anxiety that "there will always be a problem" and to "go do yoga". The staff is so rude. They lost my referral, put me on hold, transferred me without telling me I was being transferred. Spoke to me like I was beneath them. The place is disgusting as well. Not worth the 1+ hour wait you will spend in a nasty room. Go else where."

"I thought about calling to set up care with this office. However, after speaking with a "Sherry" or "Cheryl" I opted out. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hoping to find a PCP that would offer convenience for my entire family. I would no longer need to take my children to a separate pediatricians office as we would share the same physician. I am still looking but I don't think Cary Family is a good option. As rude as she was I would have given them a "0" if allotted. I also read other reviews and researched this practice after I called and found that they are known for this type of conduct. Sad. Hopefully they read these reviews and make the necessary changes."

"Their allergist is amazing, but Dr Daud and the rest of the staff or brusque and rude. They made getting refills impossible. They wanted me to come in every three months to make sure my medicine, which has been working for years, is still working. They refused to refill my asthma medication until I came in for a check up, leaving me at risk of an asthma attack. It's seems to me the only thing they truly cared about was getting you in as much as possible so they could get as much money from you as possible. Very dissatisfied with the service I received here."

"Dr. Daud and her staff were friendly and amazingly helpful during my visit. I was a walk-in and Dr. Daud spent at least an hour with me discussing numerous problems I had been having. I never felt more welcome in a doctor's office and I have never felt more attention paid to me by a doctor. I feel more confident moving forward with my life after seeing Dr. Daud."

"My review is a little more current! I have been seeing Dr. Daud since late last summer. She has updated her staff and nurses. I find her to be very experienced and thorough. The new staff seems much more personable. I have not met the newest nurse yet. I spent almost two years in Cary bouncing around from Doc to Doc and I think she does fine!"
