"My experiences with Emerge Ortho has been fabulous. I can usually get seen same or next day. I've seen several of the PA's, Dr.'s and PT, they were all very professional and helped me to resolve my issue."

"Lady behind the desk has a very snobby attitude. Her lack of customer service pissed me off. After picking my daughter up from school to drive 30 minutes to get there I had to deal with the snobby attitude the receptionist. We had 2 minutes before my daughter's appointment and because of her snobbiness I canceled it. If there's an issue with insurance inform patients or guarantor before coming. Don't distasteful inform them once they arrive and say itll.be self pay and it'll cost 250 or more for a follow up. Very distasteful. Fix your attitude if you're working with the public. Especially in front of children. Poor customer service. Waist of my time and drive. She could have at least spoke to my daughter if not me as well. My 10 year old even felt disrespected."

"They demanded 164.00 dollars in payment after promising "Great care" and scheduled a follow-up appointment for which I was never scheduled for. I missed work for this appointment. When I got to the office for my appointment a week later as told at time of payment, I wasn't on the schedule and "Sorry Ma'am their is nothing I can do for you" The only communication from EmergeOrth-Southpoint I have gotten is for more money."

"They claim to be orthopedic doctors, but mine was only a physician assistant. I have a herniated disc, it took 5 phone calls over 1 1/2 days to get them called in. Referred to their physical therapy dept. showed up on time but was denied entry for being “late.” There electronic check in kept malfunctioning and the 1 person at the front desk left for 10 minutes. Find another place, they are bad."

"I could not believe how quickly and smoothly my hip replacement went with Emerge Ortho. They prepare you well before your surgery date. The surgery center is better than a hospital. You walk out the same day with minimal pain. The case manager is at your beck and call if you have any questions. The providers are top notch. I can't think of a thing to complain about. I'm two weeks out and I feel brand new. They have really perfected this procedure and I am thankful that I had it done with Dr. Rutherford and his staff."
