"My review is specifically for Hosanna and Dr. Sullivan. I am still singing their praises! From the time I've stepped into the Chapel hill office I have been excellently taken care of. From just getting a warm greeting, to Hosanna being so sweet, professional, personable and kind, giving me reassurance that "Everything will be ok, and we'll take good care of you" (And even if it isn't, it definitely boosts moral to hear this in a dr's office!) This office provides a care experience that rivals some of the best Allergist offices in this area. I finally feel seen and finally feel heard, and have a team of professionals who are familiar with my illness and are committed to figuring out the pathology of my chronic hives. Dr. Sullivan is very patient, is a good listener, and she walks you through the information that she is giving to make sure you understand. I feel that I am in very capable hands and I very much look forward to continuing to receive care here. Great Job Hosanna, and Dr. Sullivan!! I would give 10 stars if i could. "Wonderful experience here. My baby son needed allergy testing. The front desk and nurses were extremely prompt, friendly and professional. They didn’t rush at all. Dr.Fitzhugh was so nice, knowledgeable and thorough with everything. He explained it all and provided me with a print out of the information. They did all of the testing right there in the office. I wish all doctors offices were this professional, on time and thorough. Thanks!"

"This office is amazing from the second you step in until the second you leave. Isabel at the front is so kind and makes you and your kids feel comfortable. The nurses were reassuring and we got taken back pretty much immediately. They were so kind and patient with my kids who both needed a lot of reassurance during the appointment. Dr. Fitzhugh is so smart and took over an hour to meet with us. No allergist (or doctor) has ever spent that much time explaining everything and answering every question. Most practitioners struggle to give a straight answer. He knows what he is talking about and is incredibly smart. He made an action plan for us and wasted no time scheduling my kids for follow ups and telling us exactly what we need to do for each child. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a smart allergist who actually cares about your kids."

"Dr. Fitzhugh is one of the best medical practitioners I have ever had on my team! He is open to my input, even when I do my own research (many doctors belittle me for “using Dr Google.”) He is willing to work through the portal on minor tweaks and questions. His experience with MCAS patients helps me immensely with my complex chronic illness. His staff are always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend him!"
