"The receptionist was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. She didn’t greet me, was very short with me and did not make any eye contact at all. When I left I even said goodbye and she didn’t acknowledge me. Everyone else was amazing but due to the receptionist I question if I will return there again."

"I was suppose to come in to my daily physician. The front desk told me the be here at 10:45am and that I had a 10 min grace period. I entered the business at 10:55am and there was no one at the desk. But a patient from the back was in front of me. By the time it was time for my service she told me that they weren’t going to take me. I live across town and was denied seeing my doctor I ask the ladies at front what they names were and they denied me as well. I have one eye they other eye ( I wear contacts ) is completely shut and I feel as if I have a pound of rocks on my eyes and they seem not to care. I been coming to the practice since I was a young girl even when they were at the Matthews location. And I’m sickened how they are treating with what I have going on right now. Novant corporate will be notified."

"I’m a small business owner and Pine Lake Family Physicians placed an order with me to deliver flowers to an employee for the death of her Mother. They’ve been a customer of mine for years. I’ve always send them a bill and they send me a check. This order goes back to September 3, 2022 and they still have not paid the bill. I spoke to an office staff member back in March who promised me that she was going to pay the bill before she went on maternity leave. She told me that she kept putting the bill aside because “it wasn’t a big deal”. As I stated, I’m a small business owner and $69.69 is a big deal to me. So, if you are a business owner, beware of Pine Lake Family Physicians. They don’t pay their bills. How nervy to not only stiff a small business but to stiff someone over funeral flowers!"
